We make apps that respect you. Use them fairly, don't abuse them, and we'll all get along. These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes will be handled in Denmark.
By accessing or using any applications, website, or services provided by Screaming Donkey Studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Your continued use of our applications constitutes acceptance of these terms and any updates we make to them.

All content, features, functionality, designs, code, and trademarks of our applications are owned by Screaming Donkey Studio and are protected by Danish and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our explicit written permission.
Content you create using our apps (messages, scripts, saved memories) remains yours. Most of this content is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us.
For features that use third-party processing (like OpenAI), your content is processed according to our Privacy Policy and is not stored or used beyond providing the service you requested.

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests should be directed to the respective platform according to their policies.
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days, unless you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content generated by our apps.
To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law, Screaming Donkey Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using our services at any time by uninstalling our applications. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through the app or by email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, our services, or your use of our applications shall be subject exclusively to Danish law, regardless of conflict of law principles.
This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of your country of residence, including mandatory EU consumer protection rules.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Denmark.
Any legal proceedings arising from these terms or your use of our services must be brought before the competent courts in Denmark. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any disputes amicably. Many issues can be resolved through direct communication.
EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For consumer complaints in Denmark, you may contact the Danish Consumer Agency (Forbrugerombudsmanden).
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Danish law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
